One platform to run an entire research organization.
About NeuroSynk Research
NeuroSynk Research is a psychology and assessment firm that designs and administers psychometric instruments — cognitive ability batteries, personality inventories, and behavioural and situational judgement tests — for hiring, L&D, clinical research, and selection panels.
They came to us with operations scattered across spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected point tools — and a need no off-the-shelf HR product could meet: running examinations and issuing certificates that outside parties could independently verify.
Meeting NeuroSynk's Need for a Single Platform Across HR, Finance, Projects and Certification
NeuroSynk Research came to us running their operations across a patchwork of spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected point tools. Attendance lived in one place, payroll in another, projects in a third — with no single view of the organization. Their hardest requirement was one no off-the-shelf product could meet: running examinations and issuing certificates that outside parties could independently verify. The brief was direct — replace all of it with one fast, multilingual, role-based platform.

The result of the Render–NeuroSynk partnership led to the creation of a platform that delivered
- 01.15+ integrated modules covering every department from HR to certification
- 02.One login and one permission model across the entire organization
- 03.Verifiable credentials that any external party can independently confirm via a public page
- 04.Live operational visibility for leadership through role-aware dashboards instead of hand-assembled spreadsheets
- 05.Automated workflows replacing the manual leave → approval → attendance chain
- 06.Multilingual by design English and Arabic (RTL) architected from day one

Render Web Solutions understood how our organization actually runs before they wrote a line of code. They delivered one system that finally fits the way we work — from HR and payroll to running our certification exams and issuing verifiable credentials. For the first time, leadership has a live view of the whole business.

Our Project Challenges
Designing one data model for fifteen modules
The biggest architectural challenge was designing a single database schema that could serve HR, payroll, finance, projects, and examinations — modules with fundamentally different data shapes — without fragmentation. We designed the shared spine first and built every module on top of it, so attendance, leave, payroll, and finance all reference the same source of truth.
Exam integrity and psychometric correctness
The examination engine needed to handle not just question delivery but psychometric scoring against norm groups, adaptive item routing, proctoring controls, and an audit trail that could survive external scrutiny. Getting the scoring engine right required five structured sessions with the firm's psychologists before a line of code was written.
Publicly verifiable credentials
Issuing a certificate is straightforward. Issuing one that any employer or regulator can verify independently — without calling NeuroSynk — required designing a public verification endpoint with a signed payload, a non-guessable credential ID, and an audit trail linking every certificate to the exact exam configuration that produced it.
Right-to-left multilingual from day one
Building Arabic RTL support as an afterthought is a design and engineering tax that grows with every screen. We architected internationalisation through next-intl locale catalogs from the first module — every label flows through a translation layer and RTL layout is a default, not a retrofit.

Helping NeuroSynk Achieve Full Operational Coverage Through Module-by-Module Delivery
We designed one data model and one permission layer first — then built fifteen modules on top of it. Instead of bolting systems together after the fact, every module references the same source of truth. We delivered module by module, starting with the HR core, so the team could adopt the platform in stages rather than through a risky big-bang cutover.
People & HR — attendance, leave, payroll and letters
Daily attendance with punch-in/out, a unified leave-and-approval workflow tied directly to attendance, payroll and payslip generation with configurable components, and on-demand generation of HR documents — offer letters, confirmations, and promotions — with an approve-sign-PDF workflow.

Finance — transactions, dashboards and Razorpay payments
A dedicated finance module with transaction views and financial dashboards spanning banking, expenses, and reporting, with payment processing through Razorpay and configurable multi-level approval workflows.
Projects & collaboration — Kanban, tasks and chat
Drag-and-drop Kanban boards, personal and team task management, a shared team calendar, built-in chat and email so conversations live right next to the work, plus meeting management and company-wide notices.
Examination & certification — the standout capability
A full exam administration suite with question banks, exam definitions, and a distraction-controlled exam environment for candidates, automated scoring against configured norm groups, and issued certificates carrying a public verification page so any third party can confirm a credential's authenticity.

Built on a single, type-safe, server-rendered codebase — so a small team could ship fifteen modules quickly, keep them visually consistent, and serve fast, reliable data across the entire organization.
Planning an enterprise build? We design and build products end to end — from the data model to the last pixel.
